Streamline Vibrations offers training by certified personal trainers and certified Power Plate® instructors to increase the strength and endurance of an athlete. We have cushions on the plates so there is no impact on the runners’ ankles and knees before a marathon. We prepare athletes before a race without putting any stress on the athletes’ joints.
The Power Plate® is also very effective to use for post marathon recovery time. Streamline Vibrations focuses on stretching of the hamstrings and quads with exercises that you can follow outside of the studio. We recommend the use of massage on the plate to let the blood flow through the muscles to avoid any soreness. The Streamline Vibrations studio is extremely focused on each of our athletes and their individual goals.
