Angela joined our Power Plate studio about 10 months ago and experienced results in the first 3 months of Vibration Training. Angela started a 3 times per week training schedule and when she got stronger (3 weeks later), she was able to train consistently 4 to 5 days per week. She took advantage of the many vibration training programs we offer such as, cardio on the Power Plate, kick boxing, body sculpture and boot camps.
Another important aspect of her training also included changing her regular food diet. Eating 5 times per day with the correct portion, having protein in every meal, multiple vitamins, and plenty of water.

Eti lost more than 55 pound in around 4 month. She was following a very strict diet accompanied witch Vibration Training 3 times per week at Streamline Vibrations Studio.
