I want to talk about the saying No Pain No Gain. We don’t use it. We like to say NO BURN NO GAIN. The majority of our clients want to lose fat and gain lean body muscle. Lisen muscle burns fat pure and simple. The more you heat the muscle the more calories you burn. The more calories you burn the more fat you burn. Quick story of a young lady who came to us a couple of  weeks ago. One the fascinating actions  I’ve found about Power Plate® training is the Yin Yang harmony. That is while one group of muscles are rapidly contracting, the opposing group of muscles are rapidly relaxing or stretching. The outcome is an amazing balance of muscle strength and muscle flexibility.  In essence there is lesser chance of injury and more chance of enhancement in a shorter period of time

Just looking back at how we started with 2 plates, bamboo curtains, a couple of dumbbells,  one client and a dream.
Today we have seven plates, a fully equipped studio and a enormous client base that enjoy tremendous results. Our studio is now a education center for the southeast US and central and South America. “WOW” Thank you all!!!!!! Let’s strive for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
