It’s finally Christmas and Hanukkah.  All of us here at Streamline Vibrations Power Plate Aventura  would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a Happy New Year!

Did you know that the average amount of calories you will consume over Christmas breakfast, lunch and dinner is almost 3 times your daily limit? Christmas is no time to diet, so let loose and enjoy! ‘Tis the season to be jolly and indulge, right?! Eat more to loose,
Eating smaller portions every 3-4 hours keeps your metabolism up verses starving and slowing your metabolism.
Most people say I am going to eat one meal a day. The body says I am starving I don’t know when my next meal is coming let me hold on to what I have, thus slowing down the metabolism.
For Weight loss to be succesful:
Do not eat starch and protein together.
Do not drink while you eat (Drink 20 min. after you eat)
Eat every 3-4 hours small portions
Eat 5-6 small meals per day
Fruit only until noon
Do not eat after 7pm
Keep a food log
8 glasses water per day

Primero :
Muchas veces tratamos de comenzar una rutina de alimentacion para perder peso el principal objetivo es perder grasa  pero lo mas importante es no perder el musculo durante el proceso. Siempre ten en cuenta la porcion que vas a comer y el peso de ellos , si comes mas de lo que debes durante la dieta no perderas peso, si comes menos de lo debido durante la dieta perderas musculo. Como Gene dijo en el articulo que se refiere a los six packs cuando trabajas largas horas o estas fuera de casa por mucho tiempo por favor lleva contigo un termo con un batido de proteina y siempre cersiorate de que tenga la mitad o menos de carbohidratos y muy poca azucar  lleva siempre snacks contigo.
Si la dieta es de 7 dias 6 muy estrictos y uno puedes comer cosas que te gusten peropequenas porciones. NO ROMPAS LA RUTINA TE VAS A SENTIR MUY BIEN SI LA TERMINAS ademas es un paso adelante paraaprender a controlar las ansiedades , estas aparecen cuando dejas la rutina recuerda cada3 horas pequenas porciones y acompana cada una con un poco de proteina , proteina ayuda a la construcion de musculo y reducion de grasa.
Acuerdate de consumir vitaminas que contengan antioxidantes y flax seed oil.
Recuerda que Power Plate (Vibration Training ) es un ejercicio anaerobico ( significa “sin oxígeno”, y hace referencia al intercambio de energía sin oxígeno en un tejido vivo). El ejercicio anaeróbico es una actividad breve y de gran intensidad donde el metabolismo anaeróbico tiene lugar en los músculos. Son ejemplos de ejercicio anaeróbico:levantar pesas, trabajar abdominales, cualquier ejercicio que consista de un esfuerzo breve es un ejercicio anaeróbico esto es lo que sucede cuando trabajas en el power plate. Tambien puedes hacer ejercicios aerobicos en de el Power Plate tonificar y reducir grasa al mismo tiempo y rapidamente . Power Plate estas trabajando en reduccion de grasa y tonificacion de musculos estos son ejercicios anaerobics . Aerobics: Objetivos del ejercicio aeróbico La intensidad del ejercicio aeróbico se puede medir con relación al volumen de oxígeno máximo consumido por el cuerpo. Pero para fines prácticos, la intensidad se calcula con la frecuencia de las pulsaciones cardíacas por minuto. El trabajo anaerobico que realizamos en Power Plate Aventura te hace reducir medidas , quemar grasa hasta la grasa mas interna que hay alrededor del sistema cardiovascular evitando problemas de corazon. Y recuerda 30 min en el Power Plate son mas de 90 min de intenso entrenamiento abajo de la maquina de power plate.
Acuerdate que en nuestras clases realizamos diferentes tipos de ejercicios, diferentes rutinas cada dia , trabajamos confundiendo los musculos para que reacionen mucho mas rapido .
